Anti Mold After Shower Spray
Use this spray after every shower to prevent mold and mildew growth. It contains tea tree oil and lavender oils, which are powerful anti fungals. Since water is mold and mildews’ best friend, we recommend using a squeegee after every shower to remove as much moisture as possible from the tiles, caulk, and grout. After squeegeeing, spray damp areas thoroughly (do not rinse). We also suggest using bathroom exhaust fans to control moisture levels. If you already have mold, the spray will kill the mold (apply multiple times a day for several days). After several applications, scrub with a green scouring pad or melamine sponge. NOTE: Mold and mildew imbedded in silicon caulk are nearly impossible to get rid of and will reappear quickly. This indicates that your caulking was probably applied unevenly creating small spaces that trap water and prevent it from forming a solid seal. The caulk area itself on tub/showers (between the wall and tub) tends to collect a lot of standing water - when you squeegee make sure to remove the water from this area.
